Beginning on January 24, 2022, when you purchase $800 in Midtown gift cards in-person, we will gift you an additional $88 Midtown gift card for free!

Rules & Regulations

A min. purchase of a $800 Midtown gift card is necessary to partake in the Lunar New Year gift card promotion. The act of participating and redeeming constitutes acceptance of the rules & regulations, and the decisions of the Promotion organizer(s).​

1. To be eligible, participants must complete the ballot provided at the time of exchange and redemption. Redemptions valid only during the Giveaway Period, beginning January 24, 2022, ending immediately once the maximum, as outlined by the Promotion organizer, has been reached.
2. This promotion is open to all residents of Saskatchewan, with the exception of employees, officers, and directors of Cushman & Wakefield Asset Services and all affiliated and related companies (together, these entities shall be referred to herein as "Full House Lottery") are not eligible to enter. Exchange must take place in person.
3. Maximum of one redemption per person, throughout the duration of the Promotion ($88 Midtown gift card).
4. No substitutions or exceptions to purchase amounts different from those listed herein will qualify.
5. Midtown Plaza Inc. in their absolute discretion, reserve the right to make substitutions of equivalent kind or value in the event of the unavailability of any component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
6. Decisions of the Promotion organizers are final.
7. Through the act of redeeming, participants in the Promotion agree to hold Midtown Plaza Inc. and its sponsors, affiliates and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of the use of the prize. Participants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claiming to be caused by participation in this Promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the Promotion Organizers.
8. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. Any information provided is solely to the Promotion Organizers and not to Instagram or Facebook. The information and material you supply will only be used for administration of the Promotion by the Promotion Organizers.
9. The Promotion begins on January 24, 2022 at 10:00am and closes immediately once the maximum redemptions has been reached, however, Midtown Plaza Inc. reserves the right to discontinue the promotion or alter the rules at any time.
10. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. These Promotion rules are subject to change without notice in order to comply with any applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws, or the policy of any other entity having jurisdiction over Midtown Plaza Inc. Void where prohibited by law.
