Hillberg & Berk Canada Collection Contest

 

No purchase is necessary to enter the Hillberg & Berk Canada Collection contest. The act of entering the contest constitutes acceptance of the Contest rules and the decisions of the Contest organizer(s).

 

To be eligible, entrants must enter in-mall at Midtown Guest Services . Entries must be received during the specified timeframes as announced by Midtown via Instagram Stories and Facebook Stories (following a Team Canada medal win), between February 9th and February 25th, 2018 (the “Giveaway Period”).

3.  Limit of one entry per person, per day.

4.  Entries received during the Draw Period (on or around) will be eligible for the Contest Prize corresponding to the Draw Date, as it has been outlined on Midtown's Facebook Stories and Instagram Stories.

5.  Winner will be randomly selected for the Draw Period and will be contacted by email or phone. The individual must return the Declaration and Release form (to be completed upon prize pick up) and collect his/her prize within two (2) days, otherwise, a new Winner will be selected.

6.  Only legal residents of Saskatchewan are eligible to enter and participate in the Hillberg & Berk Canada Collection contest. Employees, officers, and directors of Cushman & Wakefield Asset Services Inc. and all affiliated and related companies (together, these entities shall be referred to herein as “Full House Lottery”) are not eligible to enter. Prizing must be picked up in person at Midtown . Prizes will not be mailed or couriered.

7.  Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received.

8.  A skill-testing question must be answered correctly to be eligible to win.

9.  All prizes must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions and have no cash value.

10.  Midtown Plaza Shopping Centre Inc. is not responsible for illegible handwriting, lost or mutilated ballots and/or incomplete ballots.

11.  Midtown Plaza Shopping Centre Inc. in their absolute discretion, reserve the right to make substitutions of equivalent kind or value in the event of the unavailability of any component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.

12.  Decisions of the contest organizers are final.

13.  Midtown Plaza Shopping Centre Inc. reserves the right to discontinue the contest or alter the rules at any time.

14.  In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the “authorized account holder”. The winners will be contacted via phone or email forthwith following Contest closure.

15.  By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold Midtown Plaza Shopping Centre Inc. and its sponsors, affiliates and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of the use of the prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claiming to be caused by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the contest organizers.

16.  This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. You provide your information and documents solely to the Contest organizers. The information and material you supply will only be used for administration of the Contest by the Contest organizers.

17.  This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. These Contest rules are subjected to change without notice in order to comply with any applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws or the policy of any other entity having jurisdiction over Midtown Plaza Shopping Centre Inc.
