Mother's Day Gift Card Promotion
Rules & Regulations – Midtown’s “Mother’s Day Gift Card Bonus” Promotion
The act of participating in this promotion constitutes acceptance of all rules and regulations as outlined below and the decisions of Midtown Plaza Inc., which are final and binding.
1. To participate in the Mother’s Day Gift Card Bonus Promotion, participants must purchase a minimum of $100 in Midtown Gift Cards in person at the Midtown Mall Gift Card Kiosk between May 1–10, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Participants will receive one $25 bonus Midtown Gift Card with each qualifying $100 purchase. Bonus gift cards are available only during the Promotion Period and while supplies last. A limited number of bonus gift cards will be available each day. The promotion will end each day when daily quantities are exhausted or when the mall closes, whichever occurs first, as determined by the Promotion Organizer. Limit of one redemption per person during the entire length of the promotion. Any individual making multiple redemption attempts, risks their eligibility to participate in any future promotion run by Midtown. Decision will be made at the sole discretion of the promotion Organizer.
2. This promotion is open to all residents of Saskatchewan, 16 years of age or older, with the exception of employees, officers, and directors of Cushman & Wakefield Asset Services and all affiliated and related companies, including but not limited to employees of Midtown retailers (together referred to herein as “Full House Lottery”), who are not eligible to participate.
3. Qualifying purchases are Midtown Plaza Inc. gift cards purchased at the Midtown Mall Gift Card Kiosk only.
4. Midtown Plaza Inc., in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to make substitutions of equivalent kind or value in the event of the unavailability of any component of the bonus gift card for any reason whatsoever.
5. Decisions of the Promotion Organizers are final.
6. By redeeming the offer, participants agree to hold Midtown Plaza Inc. and its sponsors, affiliates, and promotion agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of the use of the bonus gift card. Participants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any bonus gift card.
7. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. Any information provided is solely to the Promotion Organizers and not to Instagram or Facebook. The information and materials supplied will only be used for administration of the promotion.
8. The Promotion begins on May 1, 2026, at mall opening and runs until May 10, 2026 at mall closing, or until the maximum daily bonus gift cards have been redeemed, whichever occurs first. Midtown Plaza Inc. reserves the right to discontinue the promotion or alter the rules at any time.
9. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. These rules may be modified without notice to comply with any applicable laws or policies governing Midtown Plaza Inc. Void where prohibited by law.
