Carefully handcrafted in France for over 150 years founded in 1850, and located in Marcigny, a small town in the province of Burgundy, France, Emile Henry has established a worldwide reputation for manufacturing the finest quality ceramic ovenware, gourmet cooking products, and bakeware products. Still owned and operated by the Henry family, the company still manufactures their cooking products from burgundy clay using their proprietary high resistance state-of-the-art oven ceramic manufacturing process. Whether to prepare lunch sandwiches, kid's afternoon snacks, or to simply control your portions — the five mini-baguettes baker is the ideal solution. It allows you to bake five crispy, short baguettes of approximately 100 gr each. Perfectly shaped, each mini loaf can be customized based on taste or special diet: Cereal, whole wheat or gluten-free dough, plain or enhanced with seeds and dried fruit. During baking, the baker’s lid helps control the level of humidity to ensure a crispy crust and light inside. Openings on both ends of the lid make it easy to manipulate. And to optimize storage, simply stack the base inside the upside-down lid. Cavities are ideally sized for single buns, ideal for sandwiches consistent results makes five baguettes temperature range-20°c to 270°c / zero°f-520°f.
