PLEASE NOTE:

Metal cookware tools can be used, but be careful not to scratch the enamel surface. Cleaning allows the pan to cool completely before cleaning do not plunge a hot pan into cold water. Thermal shock may occur, resulting in cracking.

Hand wash only with hot water and mild soap to remove food residue, gently scrub with a sponge or pan scraper dry immediately and completely, it is important no water is left to sit on the pan to maintain the seasoning, rub with a light coat of oil after washing do not clean in dishwasher or soak in the water this pan comes pre-seasoned and ready to use.

If re-seasoning is required: Place a teaspoon of vegetable oil or lard into the pan and set it on the cooktop at medium heat spread the oil evenly around the surface of the pan to create a thin layer, remove any excess oil heat the oil until smoke appears, when smoke appears, remove the pan from the heat and carefully wipe off oil once the pan is cooled.

Repeat the seasoning process at least one more time when seasoning is complete and the pan is cooled, wash with warm water and dry completely
