The Emile Henry Slim Rectangular Tart Dish gives a new dimension to your tart recipes. With its high sides, you can not only make long, thin tarts, but also succulent quiches and clafoutis. Made from HR® ceramic (High Resistance), it diffuses the heat and cooks right to the centre, without burning the edges. With or without a pastry base, your recipes can be cut and served directly from the dish without any risk of scratching the surface. A rectangular tart dish is original, easy to serve and practical to wrap for picnics or packed lunches. All Emile Henry products are made in France.
