- Refreshing water-balm texture melts into skin with a burst of hydration, prepping skin for smooth makeup application.
- Locks in makeup for fresh, flawless wear.
HOW TO USE IT
- Apply a thin layer to clean moisturized skin.
- Smooth evenly over entire face before makeup or wear alone.
- Allow to dry for one minute before applying makeup.

- Niacinamide helps reduce oil to help blur the look of pores.
- Hyaluronic acid helps moisturize.
