Our iconic point blankets, which have become a huge part of the fabric of Canada, are seen as an unofficial symbol of Canadians. Even though we’ve grown and adapted for centuries, we’re passionately looking toward the future. We’re proudly redefining an international retail experience and tackling the challenges and opportunities of a limitless, digital landscape. Diversity & Inclusion: HBC is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Our Associates are empowered to lead, support one another, and make contributions that drive their teams and businesses forward – things we believe make HBC a great place to work. Each of our Associates comes to work with different experiences and backgrounds, and we believe that our diverse points of view are the pillars of HBC’s success.
