WHAT IT IS
A long-wearing brow pencil with a slanted, chiseled tip that lets you softly fill in brows with the flat edge or boldly define them with the pointed tip. All-in-one, refillable brow pencil. 0.33g (0.01 oz). Made in Japan.
WHAT IT DOES
The attached spoolie diffuses color and combs hairs into place for a naturally polished look. Waterproof and sweat resistant.
HOW TO USE IT
Start with the flat side of the pencil to shape and shade the head of the brow. Use the pencil’s pointed tip to define the arch and tail with short, precise strokes. Polish it off by combing hairs into place with the attached spoolie.
