The ROUNDED EYESHADOW BRUSH is designed to blend and mix different eyeshadow shades together. Its tapered shape can also be used to soften the effect of a pencil eyeliner and apply eyeshadow to more defined areas.

Take some eyeshadow with the tip of the brush, then tap off excess on the back of your hand.
