"At Lush we have certain challenges that we have always wanted to overcome and this year Snow Fairy in her lovely shower gel guise is helping us do that. One aim has been to create liquid shower gels and shampoos using surfactants that are palm-free. Our shampoo bars are not palm-based and we are very proud of that. As our shower gels are our main product that uses palm-based materials, we felt this would be the best place to start. There are very few non-palm-based shampoo bases that we can work with so we worked out a way of using the same surfactant as in the shampoo bars but in liquid form.”“With all this work behind the scenes, our new palm-free Snow Fairy is very special to us, an ongoing project that we are very proud of, finally ready to hit our shelves.
