WHAT IT IS
Top Secrets Expert Makeup Remover Bi-Phase formula gently removes all eye and lip makeup, even the most stubborn waterproof formulas, with no compromise on freshness or hydration. The oily phase gently removes all makeup, while the watery phase rinses off with a fresh sensation. The result is clean, hydrated and comfortable skin. 200 mL. Made in France.
Effortlessly remove all types of makeup, including waterproof, from eyes and lips with YSL's bi-phasic formula. It cleanses gently, leaving a fresh feeling, and hydrates sensitive areas for a comfortable finish.
For eye makeup: Shake the bottle. Apply a few drops onto both sides of a cotton pad and, closing the eyes, glide the cotton pad downwards over the lashes. On the roots of the lashes, where mascara is densest, fold the cotton pad and gently rub the roots until the mascara is removed.
For lip makeup: Shake the bottle. Apply a few drops onto both sides of a cotton pad and, with a closed mouth; sweep the pad horizontally, then vertically across the lips.
