The Chuck Hughes 11.5L stock pot is tri-ply stainless steel with induction bottom and a tight-fitting tempered glass lid. The 2.5mm tri-ply stainless steel has an aluminum core throughout for quick and even heat distribution. Suitable for all stovetops including gas, electric, halogen, ceramic and induction.
  • This collection is oven safe to 230°C/440°F
  • Lids safe to 180°C/350°F
  • Items with non-stick coatings 220°C / 420°F

  • Do not leave cookware on heating element without food or liquid
